• All items are hand-poured from gray floor leveling compound.

• Small bumps and air bubbles can occur due to manufacturing reasons and do not constitute a reason for exchange.

• Please only wipe the material with a damp cloth. Water can destroy the ceramic.

• Depending on the product, we use stick/tree or pyramid candles in the dimensions specified in the main product.

• Depending on the product, the candles are printed. We produce this from printed water slide film using laser or inkjet printing processes.

• Never leave candles burning unattended, especially within the reach of children.

• Never let candles burn to the bottom. This may damage/discolor the ceramic.
